Hours of Operation:
- We are open every day including public holidays and weekends.
- Our operating hours are from 9am - 10pm

Prices / Payment Procedure:
- All prices shown on www.1hourflorist.com.sg are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- We accept payment through Visa / Mastercard  / Fund Transfer via Bank.

Prices are subject to change during festive seasons including, but not limited to, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day and Chinese New Year.
Upon successful order, you will receive an Email Confirmation.
Delivery Policy: 

ORDER ON MON – FRI

Order before 6pm:
Earliest delivery is next day between 2pm - 5pm

Order after 6pm:
Earliest delivery is the next day from 5pm - 9pm

ORDER ON SAT

Order before 2pm:
Earliest delivery is next day between 2pm - 5pm

Order after 2pm:
Earliest delivery is Monday between 10am - 2pm

ORDER ON SUN

Order before 6pm:
Earliest delivery is next day between 2pm - 5pm

 
Successful delivery on the first attempt is free for areas within Singapore.
If for any reason the recipient is not at the point of delivery and the flowers cannot be delivered, a relocation charge of S$15 will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your flowers. Please remember to place the recipient's telephone number or your telephone number, preferably mobile numbers.
Delivery Areas & Charges:
Delivery prices vary depending on delivery time chosen.
A surcharge of S$20 is applicable for deliveries to the following areas:
    1. All Army Camps & High Security Areas
    2. All PSA Ports
    3. Jurong Island
    4. Changi Airport Cargo Complex
    5. Sentosa Island
    6. Marina Bay Sands
We only deliver locally for now.

Cancellation of Orders:
- No refund will be given for cancellation orders, however you may choose to postpone the order.
- Postponing of order must be made at least 48 hours before delivery date (12am).
- Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement.
Flower Substitution Policy:
- 1 Hour Florist reserves the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability.
- What is shown may not be what is available, depending on the season and the supplier's imports. The photos are to provide the feel and size of the arrangement.
- While it is our desire to fulfill your order as featured on the website, certain coloured materials, baskets or vases may be replaced with new stocks at times, subject to availability.
Change of Particulars:
- Changes to particulars such as address, card message and etc must be made at least 1 day before delivery.
Exchanges / Refunds:
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time received.
- 1 Hour Florist and its management promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
